WHERE EXPOSURE EXPANDS DREAMS
& CREATES REALITIES

Project WINN is committed to enhancing personal development education for underserved communities, addressing the critical gaps in educational opportunities with a rich array of programs focused on mindset growth, financial competency, essential life skills, and entrepreneurial ambition. Our goal is to enrich traditional education with vital real-world skills, equipping young individuals to navigate life's challenges and seize opportunities in their careers and personal ventures. This proposal seeks support to broaden our reach both in person and virtually, facilitate transport for experiential learning, modernize our technological resources, and diversify our educational offerings, detailing our successful track record and vision for growth.

WHERE EXPOSURE EXPANDS DREAMS
&
CREATES REALITIES

Project WINN recognizes the profound impact of educational disparities within the youth, particularly in underserved areas like Georgia and the Metro Atlanta region, where the gap between academic achievement and real-world readiness is rapidly declining. This gap manifests in reduced career preparedness and financial stability, underscoring the urgency of our mission.

Background

Traditional educational models often fall short in preparing students for the multifaceted demands of adulthood and the modern workforce, a shortfall particularly acute in resource-limited communities. With many students lacking fundamental literacy, numeracy, financial, and entrepreneurial skills, there's a clear and pressing need for the comprehensive personal development education offered by Project WINN.
